Go Dance Academy

We offer a variety of classes including Imperial Ballet, Tap, Modern Theatre & Contemporary. Our classes prepare students to enter for ISTD Dance Examinations if they so wish. We also provide 'Open' Ballet and Jazz tuition that doesn't follow the examination track but is an inclusive, all level class.  Students develop the skill and understanding of the chosen dance genre at the same time as a building a sound technique, by developing the physical ability to communicate through movement in an expressive and artistic way. All students perform annually in a dance academy showcase and any other opportunities that arise.

Our dance graded examinations build up progressively. The examinations are recognised educational qualifications and are accredited as an Awarding Body by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) in England, and the corresponding regulatory authorities in Wales (ACCAC) and Northern Ireland (CEA). Higher level examinations award UCAS points.
